Shipping

All our orders will be sent via Australia Post.

Every order will have a tracking number, this will be sent to you within your order confirmation via email.

Please double check your address is correct at checkout. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address.

If you have selected Pick up, you will receive an email confirmation once your order is prepared for your collection.

We ship from Adelaide, South Australia and ship Australia wide with shipping costs calculated dependant of weight of items purchased.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy. You must contact us within the 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns. You will also require to provide your proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us via email cdbarbaro13@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item. Items return without prior approval will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you if the return is approved. If approved you will be credited on your original payment method. Please be reminded that this can take some time to be processed via external institutions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, to ensure we can evaluate the issue and proceed with any changes that may be required.

Exceptions / non - returnable items

Certain types of items can not be returned, perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants) custom products ( such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) We also do not accept returns of any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
